The above qualifications were gained over years of study with a sound grounding in Advanced level human biology being studied first. I’ve had a life long interest in health and fitness and was nurtured from an early age by my Father who was an accomplished gymnast and a British Army Physical Training Instructor.
A major input for my professional expertise was gained as an instructor at the nationally recognized No1 Gym in Norwich.
I gained huge experience in many fields of exercise from one to one Personal Training including rehabilitation work with many special populations’ types to group fitness ranging from aerobics to specialized circuit training. I currently work as a Freelance Personal Trainer and Sports massage therapist. My massage therapy work is salon based and mobile.
